Staci McAdams

Vice President, Clinical Affairs at Karius

Staci McAdams has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Staci started their career at Oregon Health and Science University, where they were involved in pre-clinical research from 1986 to 1992. Staci then joined OraSure Technologies, where they held various roles in clinical research, product management, and sales & marketing from 1992 to 2004. After that, they joined Hemcon Medical Technologies as Vice President of Marketing from 2004 to 2008, and later became Vice President of Clinical Initiatives and Product Strategy from 2008 to 2011. Staci then worked at MolecularMD as Director of Program Management from 2011 to 2017. Following that, they joined IQVIA where they held positions including Senior Project Manager from 2017 to 2020 and Associate Director of MedTech Strategy from 2020 to 2020. Most recently, they worked at Freenome as Director of Clinical Operations from 2020 to 2022, and is currently employed at Karius as Senior Director of Clinical Operations. In December 2022, they will transition into the role of Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Karius.

Staci McAdams has a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Oregon and an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Organizational Management from Portland State University. In addition, they hold certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and as a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) from the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA). Staci obtained their PMP certification in June 2014 and their CCRP certification in October 2009.
