Abdul Lateef

Abdul Lateef is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in high-voltage battery systems and electrical engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager for HV Battery Systems at Karma Automotive since June 2022, Abdul previously held the position of HV Battery Systems Engineer at Ford Motor Company from November 2015 to June 2022. Additional roles include Six Sigma Consultant at Maple Leaf Foods Inc, Research Assistant at McMaster University, and technical positions at Honeywell Aerospace, WWSolar, TSES, and AllCell Technologies. Abdul Lateef holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University and a Mini MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
