Aysha Nicholson has over five years of work experience in sales and marketing. Aysha began their career in 2016 as a Senior Sales Executive at The Adventure Bar Group, where they were responsible for organizing the opening and launch of the venue, managing the project from inception to execution, and creating a new database centred around the area. In 2018, they moved to Dirty Martini as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for driving core business through implementing sales strategies, ensuring marketing campaigns were aligned with the business needs, and ensuring the customer journey ran smoothly. In 2019, they joined D&D London as a Sales Manager, where they were accountable for B2B and B2C relationships with key clients within regional and central corporate companies, maximising all commercial leads by creating sales and marketing strategies in coordinance with the business objective, and ensuring the company mission statement resonates with clients using bespoke sales and marketing campaigns. Currently, they are a Sales and Insights Manager at Karma Kitchen since 2021.
Aysha Nicholson attended Brooke House Sixth Form College from 2009 to 2011, where they earned A-Levels in Philosophy, Sociology, and English Literature and Language.
