Amy Marchlen, MS HRM, MBA, PHR

Amy Marchlen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Amy is currently employed at Revantage, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, where they have held the positions of AVP, Compensation I and AVP, Compensation II. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People Officer and Co-Founder of Karmascore.

Amy's previous roles include being a Senior Compensation Analyst at the University of Chicago Medicine, an Executive Compensation Associate Consultant at Aon Hewitt, and an Information Associate at Hay Group, where they focused on industries such as Industrial, Life Sciences, and Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Amy also worked as a Human Resources Intern in the Employee Benefits Department at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and as an Assistant to a Senior Dispute Analyst at Elan Financial Services.

Amy holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and an MBA, and they are a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Amy Marchlen has a well-rounded education history. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Management and Human Resources from John Carroll University in 2010. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Robert Morris University, where they completed a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from 2010 to 2012. Amy then continued their education at Robert Morris University and obtained a Master of Business Administration in 2014. In addition to their degrees, Amy holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute.
