Joy Mayunga

Joy Mayunga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, real estate, and luxury asset advisory services. As the owner of Versa Luxe Ltd since January 2020, Joy provides tailored solutions for high-net-worth individuals. In addition to this role, Joy serves as a Brand Ambassador for CPS Tanzania Real Estate, showcasing properties in Zanzibar, and as a partner at Hennigson Black Level, focusing on luxury investments and services. Joy is also active as an independent agent with Intermark Global and a freelance agent with KO Estates and Tanja's World, covering a spectrum from luxury art to private aviation. Previously, Joy held key positions at Karmod Prefabricated as a Marketing & Administration Business Development Executive and at Mama Ashanti Limited, managing deliveries. Early career experience includes working as a Food and Beverage Assistant at the Parliament of Kenya. Joy holds a diploma in travel and tourism and is currently enhancing project management skills through Coursera.
