Manfred Schicho

Manfred Schicho has extensive work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Manfred began their career at Personalentwicklungs GesmbH in 2001, where they served as a Teamleiter Personalmanagement. In this role, they focused on recruiting, conducting assessments, and implementing an applicant management system. Manfred also provided customer support in personal and organizational development. In 2006, Schicho joined ÖAMTC as Bereichsleiter Mitgliedschaft, Schutzbrief und Fachberatungen. In this position, they were responsible for product and sales management, including membership, insurance, travel services, and credit card functions. Additionally, they took the lead on various projects such as workplace health promotion and employee surveys. Most recently, Schicho served as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at karriere.at GmbH, starting in 2019. Prior to that, they were Head of Field Sales at the same company from 2017 to 2019.

Manfred Schicho completed their Matura at HTL Leonding für IT und Organisation from 1989 to 1994. Manfred then pursued a degree in Wirtschaftspädagogik at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz from 1994 to 2000, earning a Magister.
