Matt Coatman is an experienced warehouse and operations manager with a diverse background in logistics and management. Currently serving as the Warehouse Ops Manager at Kartell UK Ltd. since March 2024, Matt previously held the position of Hub Manager at Urb-it from March 2022 to December 2023. Prior to that, Matt worked at XPO Logistics as Operations Shift Manager from January 2016 to September 2021 and served as a Shift Manager at Royal Mail from May 2003 to December 2015, overseeing a team of 33 staff at the North West Distribution Centre.
