Anna Waller

Anna Waller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anna started their career as a Grant Writer at World Services for the Blind in 2012. Anna then worked as a Writing Tutor and Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 2012 to 2014. Following that, Anna worked as a Freelance Copy Editor for a brief period in 2014.

Anna then joined TWR, where they held the positions of Fund Development Writer and Researcher from 2015 to 2017, and Grant and Report Writer from 2017 to 2019. Anna gained experience in grant writing and contributed to fund development efforts.

In 2019, Anna transitioned to Excellence in Giving, LLC, where they served as a Client Services Advisor for a year. Their role involved providing advisory services to clients.

In 2021, Anna joined Jacobs and worked in various technical writing roles. Anna started as a Technical Writer from January to May 2021, then took on the responsibility of Lead Technical Writer from May to November 2021. Anna also briefly served as the Technical Publications Lead from November to December 2021.

Currently, Anna works at Karthik Consulting as a Scrum Master since April 2022. Their role involves facilitating and guiding the Scrum team in their agile development processes.

Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated their strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to different roles and industries.

Anna Waller holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Professional and Technical Writing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Anna has also obtained various certifications, including the CompTIA Project+ Certification from CompTIA in March 2022, the Excel Skills for Business: Essentials certification from Coursera in September 2020, the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2023, the Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2021, and the Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2022.
