David Small

David Small has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. David is currently the Head of Clinical Pharmacology at Karuna Therapeutics, a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc. as the Head of Clinical Pharmacology from May 2018 to November 2020.

Before joining Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc., David worked at Eli Lilly and Company for a significant period of time. Their roles at Eli Lilly and Company include Research Advisor from 2010 to 2017, Principal Research Scientist from 2004 to 2010, and Research Scientist from 2000 to 2004.
