Cory Shields

Cory Shields has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and retail sectors. Starting as a Front Desk Agent at Marriott International in 2015, Cory worked their way up to Assistant General Manager by 2018. In this role, they led teams, managed budgets, and improved market visibility through renovations and community involvement. After their time at Marriott, Cory transitioned to Whole Foods Market as a Team Leader before moving on to Kasa as a Field Operations Lead in 2023.

Cory Shields completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida International University in 2017. Subsequently, in 2021, they pursued a degree in Creative Writing at Full Sail University. In 2022, Cory obtained certifications in "Communicating in the Language of Leadership" and "Root Cause Analysis" from LinkedIn.
