  • Build, maintain and operate systems that enhance detection efficacy.
  • Lead a team of Security Engineers to defeat evolving bot challenges being experienced by our customers.
  • Collaborate and co-design the future of Security Engineering at Kasada.
  • Own the strategic direction and delivery of Security Engineering at Kasada.
  • Enable team members to grow in their roles, including training across and within teams to ensure high performance
  • Be the key interface between the Security Engineering team and all other teams that interact with or rely on Sec Eng e.g. Support, Success, Threat Intelligence, Engineering
  • Drive innovation by building and guiding the team to build and experiment with ideas outside the norm.
  • Take ideas created by Security Engineering and enable them to be applied to our product in a value adding, visible and functional way.
  • Report on key performance metrics of the team.
