Mohamed EL Serougy has been working in the business and sales industry since 2012. Mohamed started their career as a Brand Manager and Marketing Executive at Divine Worx - Holding Company of Makani Restaurants, where they initiated the first FMCG "Modern Trade" line of business and developed and executed marketing activities to maintain and enhance market positioning, brand image, and customer retention. In 2014, they moved to RAYA Social Media as a Senior Sales Account Manager. In 2015, they joined Xerox as a Strategic Accounts Manager. In 2019, they began working at Amazon as a New Sellers' Acquisition & Lead Generation Manager and Fulfilled by Amazon Manager. In 2020, they were appointed Head of Key Account Management at talabat. In 2021, they joined The World Bank as an E-commerce Advisor. Currently, they are the Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Kashier.

Mohamed EL Serougy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Arts & Business Administration from The American University in Cairo. Mohamed also completed a Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt course from the same university in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an American Diploma from Thebes American College.
