Michael E. has an extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Michael is currently working at Kaspien as a Senior Compliance Specialist, leading the compliance efforts for the Agency Program and serving as the Intellectual Property lead for the Kaspien Private Label Program. Michael is also the Head of Compliance for the Amazon consultancy program.

Prior to that, Michael worked at OMNI ePartners as an Account Manager, where they managed 10 FBA accounts valued at approximately $3 million. Michael was responsible for devising creative solutions for inventory and sales issues, as well as training a team of 10 on Amazon global strategies and troubleshooting Amazon Dangerous Goods policies.

Before joining OMNI ePartners, Michael had a significant role at Amazon. Michael served as a Senior Compliance Specialist, managing a global team of 12 investigators. Michael developed workflows for FTC compliance and acted as the lead contact for legal issues involving FTC and Anti-Trust matters. Additionally, they held the role of Compliance Specialist at Amazon, where they contributed to cost savings of over $20 million through process improvements and training practices. Michael was also a Hazmat Specialist, managing the Spanish Language Team, and leading DOT and FAA compliance efforts.

Michael began their career as the Co-Founder of Sofulo Inc., a social networking mobile app. Michael led quarterly meetings with the board of advisors and managed development teams consisting of project managers, UI/UX designers, iOS developers, database developers, and QA testers.
