Taylor Sanchez

Taylor Sanchez possesses extensive experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, currently serving as a Full Desk Recruiter at Kastel Staffing Group since May 2023. Prior roles include Recruiting Manager at Nelson Staffing, where Taylor contributed to one of the largest independent staffing companies in the U.S., and Account Recruiting Manager at 24 Seven Talent, focusing on marketing, creative, and technology talent. Earlier experiences include roles in recruitment and administration at Family First Life and ChildCare Careers, as well as a foundation in customer service as a Personal Banker at Bank of Marin. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Developmental and Child Psychology and Studio Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder and furthered education in Speech Language Therapy and Pathology at San Francisco State University.
