Phuc Huynh

Phuc Huynh has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Currently, Phuc works as a Revenue Operations Engineer at Katalon, where they are responsible for managing Salesforce administration and development. Prior to this, Phuc worked as a Technical Architect at Isobar Commerce Viet Nam, specializing in global integrated platforms and solutions. They also spent time as a Salesforce Developer at DXC Technology, providing IT and consulting services to businesses and governments. Phuc's earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Capgemini, where they were involved in digital services, transformation, and innovation.

Phuc Huynh earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Truong Dai hoc Dan Lap Van Lang, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition, Phuc Huynh has obtained several certifications. These include Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant from Salesforce, acquired in October 2020 and February 2020 respectively. They also obtained Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in August 2019 and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in July 2018, both from Salesforce as well. Moreover, Phuc Huynh has completed certifications in Software Process & Quality Management and Software Testing from Carnegie Mellon University in September 2016 and September 2015 respectively.
