Thang Ly currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at Katalon, overseeing Global HR functions and strategic resource planning since December 2023. Prior to this, Thang co-founded Koina.vn, where a focus on improving agricultural lives and product sourcing was emphasized from August 2021 to February 2024. Additional roles include HRBP Director at PNJ Group, Chief Executive Officer at SIV Investment, and various HR management positions at companies like A.P. Moller - Maersk and GHN Express, showcasing expertise in talent management, corporate culture development, and HR transformation. Thang holds an Executive MBA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Van Lang University.
