Ian Weiss

Ian Weiss has a diverse work experience starting from 2015 as a QA Lab Technician at Peter Pan Seafoods, Inc. After that, they worked as a Lifestyle Ambassador at KAVU True Outdoor Wear, a Southwest Territory Manager at Saeplast, and a Sales Representative at Paycom. In 2021, they started working as a Product Designer with different companies, including US Electrodynamics Inc. and Written Out Loud, where they spearheaded an in-depth research and design process that balanced user and business goals. In 2022, they co-founded GoodEye Productions, LLC, and worked as a freelance Product Designer for mobile and responsive platforms. Currently, they are working as a Product Designer at Katalyst.

Ian Weiss completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Washington State University between the years 2015 to 2019. In 2022, they enrolled in Designlab for a degree in UX/UI Design, which they completed in 2023. Ian also earned several certifications, namely Handling Objections and Negotiation Skills from Sales Training Experts in October 2020. Moreover, they received a Certified Sales Associate Designation from the Canadian Professional Sales Association in August 2020. Finally, in April 2023, they obtained the UX/UI Research & Product Design Certification from Designlab.
