Apaporn Strapac's work experience begins in 2006 as a Programmer Intern at The Global Computing and Analysis Tools. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Programmer at the National Science and Technology Development Agency. In 2010, they joined Perficient as a Lead Technical Consultant until 2014. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at eFinancial in various roles, including Web Developer I and II, Lead Developer, and IT Manager. In 2018, Strapac co-founded Diamondsoft Solutions, LLC. Currently, starting in 2022, they serve as the Group Engineering Manager at KatalystDI.

Apaporn Strapac has a diverse education history. Apaporn obtained a Master's degree in Computing and Software Systems from the University of Washington, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mahidol University International College, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Before pursuing higher education, Apaporn completed their schooling at St John's International School from 1992 to 2003. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained several certifications. Apaporn became a Professional Scrum Master I through Scrum.org in November 2021. In December 2016, they completed the courses "A Law Student's Toolkit" and "An Introduction to American Law" offered by Coursera. In January 2020, they received the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and in December 2019, they obtained the AWS Certified Developer – Associate certification, also from AWS. Further certifications include "WebSphere Commerce V7.0 Application Development" from IBM in February 2011 and "Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform SE 6.0" from Oracle in December 2010.
