EunJee Hong has extensive experience in product management and design roles. EunJee is currently working as a Product Manager at KatalystDI, where they have successfully delivered a B2B SaaS product by utilizing data insights, A/B testing, and user research. EunJee led an agile engineering team and achieved an increase in team productivity and customer satisfaction rate.

Prior to this, EunJee worked as a Creative Director at Brandtecture, where they assumed a leadership role in creative direction.

EunJee also has experience as a Product Manager at Poom Inc., where they launched a B2C mobile app MVP and refined end-to-end flows through user interviews and testing, resulting in a perfect 5-star rating and high user engagement.

EunJee previously worked as a Senior Designer at ICRAVE NY, where they designed a holistic omnichannel experience and led meetings and presentations to align product vision with stakeholders. EunJee collaborated with 3D model artists to enhance client engagement.

Before that, they were a Senior Design Lead at WeWork, where they managed workplace concepts and achieved a 100% success rate in meeting project goals. EunJee also played a key role in launching and expanding projects in APAC markets.

EunJee started their career as a Branding Designer/Strategist at The Seventh Art, LLC and an Architect at WHY Architecture. EunJee gained experience through internships at Kengo Kuma and Associates and Nikken Sekkei Ltd.

EunJee Hong has a strong educational background in both architecture and finance. EunJee obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Binghamton University School of Management, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. EunJee further pursued their education at the University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, EunJee Hong has also acquired various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. EunJee obtained the Data Analysis in Microsoft Power BI Course certification from Dataquest.io in February 2023, followed by the SQL Fundamentals Path certification from the same institution in January 2023. EunJee also holds the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2022.

Furthermore, they have a User Experience Certificate (UXC) from Nielsen Norman Group, achieved in June 2021. EunJee's expertise in Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Extended Reality development is attested by their completion of the AR VR XR Development with Unity course from Circuit Stream in January 2021. Lastly, EunJee Hong holds an Integrated Product Design Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania, earned in May 2014.
