Julia Slee

Julia joined Kate Farms in 2019 as the Vice President of Human Resources. Before joining Kate Farms, she was the Senior Director of HR for Cartera Commerce (now part of Rakuten USA) for eight years where she built and scaled an HR function from the ground up.

Julia has extensive background managing the employee experience at both established and start-up companies. She has a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Mount Holyoke College.
