Allison Harvey

Allison Harvey has worked in the retail industry since 2012. Allison began their career at Macy's as an Associate Product Manager - Style & Co. Import Knits, where they analyzed sell through, margin, and sales to stock ratios weekly by channel and regionally to recommend reorders/markdowns and presented findings to upper management. Allison also leveraged vendor relationships to source new product and negotiate favorable pricing and delivery. In 2017, they joined Outdoor Voices as a Merchandise Planner and Business Planning Analyst. Two years later, they moved to Tecovas as a Merchandise Planner. In 2021, they joined Kate McLeod as Director, Strategy & Operations and Manager, Strategy & Operations.

Allison Harvey attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2012 and earned a BA in Communication with a minor in Fine Arts.
