Sabrina Hanavan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sabrina began their career in 2004 as a Merchandise Assistant at DFS Group Limited, where they were responsible for assisting the Global VP of Merchandising. Sabrina later transitioned to the role of Assistant Merchandise Manager, managing the Fashion Watch category and conducting vendor meetings. In 2007, they joined Movado Group, Inc as a Regional Merchandise Coordinator, overseeing over 100 stores and training store associates.

Sabrina then worked at DFS as a Division Merchandise Manager, managing liquor, wine, tobacco, and luxury categories for North America. Sabrina implemented competitive strategies and analyzed store layouts to maximize space productivity. Sabrina further expanded their real estate career by working as a Real Estate Agent at Hill & Co. Real Estate & McGuire Real Estate, achieving significant sales growth and establishing effective communication channels with clients and professionals.

In 2011, Sabrina joined SEPHORA as an Assistant Buyer and later as an Associate Merchant. In these roles, they were financially responsible for numerous brands and negotiated terms with vendors. Sabrina collaborated with various cross-functional teams to execute brand launches, animations, and promotions. Sabrina continued their success in the beauty industry by joining Coty as a Business Sales Manager, exceeding sales targets and creating a marketing calendar to increase market share.

In 2018, Sabrina became part of Shiseido Americas Corporation as a Key Account Director, responsible for national accounts and strategic management of trade spend. Sabrina eventually took on the role of Executive Director National Accounts, leading sell-in for multiple brands and improving brand ranks.

Currently, Sabrina works at Unilever Prestige as the Global VP of Sales, a position they started in November 2022.

Throughout their career, Sabrina has demonstrated strong leadership, financial management, and negotiation skills, contributing to the growth and success of various organizations.

Sabrina Hanavan graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Saint Mary's College of California in 2000. Sabrina later pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree (MA) in Psychology from the same institution in 2002.
