Eleonore Leder

Eleonore Leder has been a Head of Business Development, Finance & HR at Kathrein Privatbank AG since May 2019. Before that, Eleonore held the position of Head Human Resources at Raiffeisen Centrobank from October 2008 to April 2019. Prior to that role, Eleonore was an Executive Director and Global Head of Education & Development at UBS Global Asset Management for over a decade. Eleonore holds a PhD in Work & Organisational Psychology from ETH Zürich and a Diploma in Work & Organisational Psychology from RWTH Aachen University.
