Vice President, Customer Experience at Kathy Kuo Home

Meredith Hill has worked in the customer service and e-commerce industry since 2010. Meredith began their career at Arnold Zimberg as an E-commerce Consultant and Project Manager in 2010. Meredith then moved to LVR Fashion as an Operations/Creative in the same year. In 2011, they worked as a Manager of Customer Service at Kelly Wearstler. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Twnz Showroom, where they were Head of Operations and Manager of Customer Service/Sales. In 2016, they worked as a Researcher in the Global Search Division at 24 Seven Inc. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Head of Operations and E-commerce and Customer Experience Manager at The Arrivals NYC. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Experience at Kathy Kuo Home.

Meredith Hill attended the University of South Carolina from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Studio Art.
