Mona A. is currently a Board Member at EDGE GROUP and an Acting Director Support Services at KATIM, overseeing various departments. With a background in human capital and change management, Mona has held roles such as VP Human Capital, Business Support Director, and Advisor in several organizations. Mona has also been involved in HR modernization projects and organizational development throughout their career. Mona holds a degree in English Language and Literature from UAE University and is currently pursuing the Catalyst Program for Organizational Leadership at INSEAD.
