Hieu Le

Hieu Le has the following work experience:

- Software Engineer at Katipult (TSXV: FUND) since February 2022.

- Software Developer at UFV Student Union Society from September 2021 to February 2022. During this role, Hieu built a Full-Stack Angel Tree application using Express.js, Node.js, MySQL, React, Redux, and Material UI. The application was used by over 300 students and 100 sponsors to connect students with sponsors for fulfilling their Christmas wishes.

- Peer Tutor at the University of the Fraser Valley from January 2019 to December 2021. Hieu's responsibilities included crafting instructional activities, guiding students with goal setting, and assisting with debugging in various programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- IT Support Technician at the University of the Fraser Valley from September 2018 to May 2020. Hieu analyzed diagnostic data, documented ticket resolutions, and achieved a 50% reduction in support time for 15,000 students.

- Teaching Assistant at the University of the Fraser Valley from September 2018 to December 2018. Hieu supported student needs, conducted lab sessions independently, and provided motivation for learning.

- Computer Technician at FixIT from January 2017 to May 2018. Hieu managed work tickets, replaced hardware components, and provided professional recommendations to customers.

Hieu Le attended the University of the Fraser Valley from 2018 to 2023. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Information System with a focus on Computer Software Technology/Technician.
