Nathália Calleia

Nathália Calleia is an experienced professional in Human Resources, currently serving as an Analista de Gente, Gestão e Treinamento Pleno at Katrium Indústrias Químicas S.A. since July 2019. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, talent attraction strategies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, behavioral analysis of candidates, and performance evaluation monitoring. Nathália actively contributes to various projects, such as the onboarding program "Integrar" and serves on the internal accident prevention commission (CIPA).
