Anas Adam Lai

Anas Adam Lai has held a variety of roles in the past five years. In 2021, they became the Product Development Team Lead and Senior System Analyst at KATSANA Integrated Vehicle Operations & Fleet Management Platform. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Business Analyst at Etiqa Insurance and Takaful, where they cooperated with designers to create clean interfaces and simple, intuitive interactions and experiences, developed project concepts and maintained optimal workflow, and worked with senior developer to manage large, complex design projects for corporate clients. From 2017 to 2019, they were an Underwriting Administrator at AS White Global, where they supported the services of the client, actioned enquirers and requests for the processing and maintenance of insurance policies and quotations, and prepared quotes for renewals and new business applications. In 2016, they were an Industrial Training at OCBC Bank, where they worked as a processor in Card Operations department, supporting the Singapore team in processing on the application or cancelling Credit/Debit/Easy card, and ensuring zero balance in the SIBS system before proceeding with line deletion.

Anas Adam Lai completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL) from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from UNITAR International University from 2010 to 2012. Anas has also obtained additional certifications in Product Management from Great Learning in August 2022, Getting Started with Business Analysis from Simplilearn in July 2022, and Professional Scrum Master 1 certified from Scrum.org in April 2019.
