Jenny Kelly

Jenny Kelly currently serves as the Senior Impact Officer at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where responsibilities include managing a $56 million entrepreneurship grant portfolio and leading a team to develop capacity-building grant opportunities in line with the Foundation’s 2035 strategy. Previous roles at Kauffman include Senior Program Officer and Program Officer, where Jenny was instrumental in enhancing the Kauffman FastTrac affiliate program and co-creating influential policy platforms. Prior experience includes positions at ML Strategies, LLC as Manager of Government Relations, Holland & Knight LLP as a Legislative Assistant, and the United States Senate as a Legislative Correspondent, showcasing a strong background in government relations and policy advocacy. Educational credentials feature a Master of Arts in Congressional and Presidential Studies from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of South Dakota.
