Eric Klisz

Eric Klisz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eric is currently working as the Senior Director of Talent Development at the H.W. Kaufman Group since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Founding Principal at Engage Learning Consulting from December 2021 to October 2022.

Eric has also held significant roles at renowned companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, where they served as the Global Director of Learning & Leadership Capabilities from March 2021 to November 2021, and at Mastercard, where they were the Director of Global Learning & Talent Development from August 2012 to March 2021.

Before their tenure at Mastercard, Eric worked as a Senior Consultant for Learning Strategies & Measurement at MetLife from March 2009 to August 2012. Eric also served as the Learning & Development Manager at Expedia, Inc. from March 2006 to March 2009.

Furthermore, Eric has experience as an Organizational Development Specialist at Human Synergistics from 2000 to 2006 and as a Human Resources Staffing Specialist at Kennametal Inc. from June 1998 to October 2000.

Eric Klisz holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Madonna University, completing their studies from 1990 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Eric Klisz has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they became a Certified Synchronous Facilitator through InSync Training and completed training in Advanced Facilitation with Exec|Comm. In 2013, they received a Product Management certification from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Other certifications include Business Modeling Masterclass from Strategyzer in 2014, Product Management from 280 Group in 2015, Executive Power and Presence from The TAI Group in 2015, and the Harrison Assessment System certification from Harrison Assessments Int'l in the same year. In 2016, they obtained a Learning Director Certificate from Langevin Learning Services. More recent certifications include Strategic Negotiations from the University of Michigan in 2019 and Inclusive Leadership: The Power of Workplace Diversity from the University of Colorado-Coursera in 2020.
