John Hughes

John Hughes has extensive work experience in the technology sector. John began their career at InterPro Business Solutions, where they played various roles and helped grow the company into a major player in T&E automation software. John then moved on to Adsoft, where they served as a Partner, Chief Technology Officer, and Board Member, leading software development operations and IT infrastructure. Following that, they founded Codecore Technologies, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer and managed product development leadership. Most recently, they worked at Kaufman Hall as a Senior Vice President and the recent Interim Chief Information Officer, leading strategic technology initiatives and driving growth initiatives such as digital transformation and cybersecurity. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills, successfully leading teams and implementing innovative solutions.

John Hughes holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Bradley University and a Bachelor's Degree in Cinematography and Film Production (with a focus on Computer Science) from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) from Certified SAFe 5 Agilist.
