Jocelyn Jaksik

Jocelyn Jaksik is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Kautex Textron since August 2020, Jocelyn previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Textron Aviation from August 2017 to July 2020. Prior to that role, Jocelyn participated in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program at Textron, which included positions as an HR Business Partner at Textron Aviation and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Textron Corporate. Earlier in the career, Jocelyn gained valuable experience as a Call Center Representative at the 12th Man Foundation and completed internships in human resources at Messina Hof Winery and Resort and the City of College Station. Jocelyn Jaksik holds a degree from Texas A&M University.
