Holly Pauffley

Holly Pauffley has extensive experience in human resources, having held various positions at Stellantis & You UK since March 2014, culminating in the role of Head of Human Resources. Prior to this, Holly Pauffley worked at PSA Peugeot Citroën in multiple capacities, including Employee Relations and Communications Advisor, from June 2013 to March 2014, and HR Administrator from June 2011 to August 2012. Earlier professional experience includes roles as an office administrator and junior negotiator at Lambourne Carmody Estate Agents and as a customer assistant at Marks and Spencer. Holly Pauffley holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from Bournemouth University, where studies were completed from 2009 to 2013, and attended St Bernards Catholic Grammar School from 2002 to 2009.
