Larry Randle Jr.

Larry Randle Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Larry is currently working as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Textron Systems, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to this, Larry was the Director of Operations at Kautex Textron, where they were responsible for managing the P&L and all functions of a tier 1 automotive supplier plant. Larry also held various roles at Textron Aviation, including General Manager, Vice President of Sales, Business Team Lead, Value Stream Manager, Quality Manager, and Senior Industrial Engineer. Larry started their career as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Cessna Aircraft Company. Overall, Larry has gained extensive experience in operations management, sales, program management, quality control, and industrial engineering throughout their career.

Larry Randle Jr. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Emporia State University between 1999 and 2004. Larry then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University, which they obtained between 2003 and 2006. Their educational journey continued at Wichita State University, where they earned a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering Management from 2009 to 2018.
