Miguel Ángel Ramos

Miguel Ángel Ramos has a diversified work experience in the fields of research and development design, project coordination, architectural assistance, and student leadership. Miguel Ángel is currently serving as the Research & Development Design Global Team Lead at Kavak.com since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Lead at graus from January 2019 to September 2020, where they were responsible for designing and coordinating urban and architectural projects. Before that, they worked as an Architectural Assistant at Graus Arquitectura y Construcción from June 2017 to December 2017, focusing on technical drawing, 3D modeling, and mapping. Miguel also served as the Vice President of the Student Union SAARQ at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2015, where they organized symposiums, conferences, and student programs. Miguel Ángel started their professional journey as an intern with the Government of Hidalgo State in May 2015.

Miguel Ángel Ramos pursued a Master of Arts degree specializing in Research Architecture from Goldsmiths, University of London, from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they studied Architecture at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2013 to 2018. Miguel Ángel also participated in an academic exchange program at Işık Üniversitesi in 2016-2017. Additionally, Miguel earned a certificate in Youth Empowerment and Leadership from the School for International Training in 2012. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in "Consent Matters: Boundaries, Respect, and Positive Intervention, Second Edition" from Oxford University Press in 2021, and in Autodesk AutoCAD from Autodesk in 2015.
