Bruno Piacentini

Bruno Piacentini, CFA joined Kawa Capital in January 2016. He currently serves as its Managing Director, Operations. Prior to Kawa Capital, Bruno worked at FAMA Investimentos, an asset management company focused on Brazilian equities, where he was a Partner and Head of Research. At FAMA, Bruno began as an analyst responsible for sectors such as retail, manufacturing, food, consumer goods, education and healthcare. He later became the Head of Research and was part of the portfolio management committee. From 2014 to 2015, Bruno also served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Bom Sabor, a food company with over 300 employees. Prior to FAMA Investimentos, Bruno worked at ABN Amro Bank as a financial advisor for infrastructure projects. Bruno graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV - São Paulo, Brazil) and is a CFA charterholder.
