Amy Valero

Amy Valero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance management and human resources within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Compliance Manager at Kaweah Health since July 2020, Amy supervises compliance personnel, advises management on operational processes, develops annual compliance plans, and monitors regulatory changes. Previously, as Talent Acquisition Manager at Adventist Health from 2013 to 2020, Amy led recruitment efforts across California’s Central Valley, demonstrating expertise in employee life-cycle management. Additional experience includes roles as Site Director at Pro-Youth HEART, Account Manager at The HYPE Agency, and membership in the Central California Association for Healthcare Recruitment. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The Art Institute of California-Hollywood, earned between 2006 and 2009.
