Jake Bouvrie

Jake Bouvrie has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and artificial intelligence. Jake has served as the VP of Machine Learning & AI at KAYAK since April 2019. Prior to that, they were the Head of Machine Learning & Co-Founder at Statespace AI from 2018. Jake also worked as a Research Affiliate at MIT starting from July 2009. Jake Bouvrie had a significant role as the Head of Data Science & Co-Founder at GradientAI, where they utilized artificial intelligence to enhance data-driven workflows in healthcare and insurance industries. Jake co-founded Emporics Capital Management and worked as a General Partner. Additionally, they were a Visiting Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Duke University. Early in their career, they gained experience as a Software Intern at iRobot.

Jake Bouvrie has pursued education in the field of Machine Learning, earning a Ph.D. degree, as well as an M.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, an S.B. degree in Electrical Engineering, and an S.B. degree in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
