Aaron Rachford

Aaron Rachford is a Polymer Scientist at Kayaku Advanced Materials, where responsibilities include collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team to advance next-generation technology through synthesis, formulation, performance evaluation, and scale-up since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Research Scientist at both DuPont Electronics & Imaging and The Dow Chemical Company, where Rachford contributed to significant projects in Analytical Sciences and Electronic Materials Chemistry, focusing on developing materials for OLED devices and enhancing display technology through global collaboration. Aaron Rachford holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Ohio University, a postdoctoral degree in Photophysics and Photochemistry from Bowling Green State University, and a BS in Chemistry from Shawnee State University.
