Meirelle Tawadrous

Meirelle Tawadrous is a seasoned customer experience leader with extensive experience in managing teams and enhancing customer service operations. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Leader for the Window division at Kaycan since April 2020, Meirelle previously held multiple management roles at Vinylbilt Windows & Doors Corporation, including Customer Service Experience Manager and Customer Service Administrative Supervisor, where strategic oversight and team development were key responsibilities. Early career roles included positions at Marvin Windows and Doors and a brief tenure at Toronto Pearson Airport, complemented by a background in community service as a Missionary Program Coordinator in Africa. Meirelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Helwan University.
