Daniel Dinapoli

Daniel DiNapoli is an experienced intellectual property litigation attorney and partner at Kaye Scholer LLP, where Daniel has worked since August 1990. Specializing in patent, trade secret, and unfair competition litigation and counseling, Daniel has earned recognition as a top practitioner in the field, having been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for Biotechnology Law from 2009 to 2011. Prior to their law career, Daniel held the position of programmer/analyst at Equitable Life from June 1981 to December 1989. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School (1985-1988) and both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University (1979-1985).
