As Managing Director, Elke Jenison leads the Pharmaceutical and Biotech Physician practice. Throughout the course of her 25+ year recruiting career, she has made a positive impact on hundreds of companies and candidates in securing top talent and assisting them in making substantial career moves.

Elke joined Kaye/Bassman in 2003, focusing on physician recruitment for pharmaceutical corporations, start-ups and established biotechnology firms, as well as clinical research organizations. She delivers top tier Research & Development talent within the functional areas of Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Translational Medicine and Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety. This specialization offers deep industry knowledge, exceptional service, and an honest, no-nonsense approach, while she brings significant value to the candidates and clients she represents.

Elke earned her Marketing and Management Degree from Stephen F. Austin State. Prior to joining Kaye/Bassman, Elke successfully led business development and recruitment efforts at Adecco Personnel Services.
