Danielle Matthews has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Danielle started their career as a Senior Sales at Aritzia in 2011 and later worked as a Diane Von Furstenberg Specialist at Bloomingdale's. In 2014, they joined Sam Edelman Shoe as an Assistant Manager before moving to Kate Spade & Company as an Operations Manager in 2015. From 2018 to 2020, Danielle worked at ALDO Group as an Assistant Manager and then as a Pre-K Teacher at a private company. In 2020, they became the Director at Children of America and later worked as a Center Director at The Learning Experience in 2021. Danielle also completed a Customer Success Fellowship program offered by SV Academy from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Associate at Kaymbu.

Danielle Matthews obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Bloomfield College, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Freehold High School from 2000 to 2004. Danielle also holds a certification as a Customer Success Manager Certified Professional from Gainsight, which they obtained in January 2022.
