Lyudmila Tsoy has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and management. Lyudmila started their career in 2009 as an intern in the Accounting Department of JSC JV "Zarechnoe." In 2010, they worked as a Cultural Department Administrator at The Almaty Office of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea. Lyudmila then joined \"Ernst & Young\" LLP as a Specialist in the HR Department, where they handled recruitment, training, and HR administration. After that, they worked at Check Point Central Asia as a Business Development Manager/Recruiter, handling executive search and recruitment. Since 2013, they have been working at KAZ Minerals, initially as a Lead Recruiter for greenfield projects and later taking on roles as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, Group Senior HR Projects Specialist, and currently as the Head of HR Automation. In their various roles, they have developed HR initiatives, policies, and procedures, opened and administered recruitment offices, and managed remuneration systems and org. chart revisions.

Lyudmila Tsoy completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Marketing at KIMEP from 2007 to 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business Management at the Kazakhstan-German University from 2011 to 2013.
