Nikita Zadorozhnyy

Nikita Zadorozhnyy has a diverse work experience in various positions. Nikita started their career in 2009 as a Maintenance Electrician at Eurasian Resources Group and later became a Power Engineer in 2012. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Head of the Mining Equipment Bureau and from 2018 to 2021 as the Chief Planning and Configuration Specialist. In 2021, they joined Kazakhmys Corporation as the Chief Specialist PM. Currently, they hold the position of CEO of the "S.M. Kirov Machine-Building Plant" JSC in Kazakhstan Engineering since 2023.

Nikita Zadorozhnyy completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from KINEU in Kostanay from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Rudnenskiy Industrial Institute in Rudnyy, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including API Q1, 9th edition, ISO 31001-2018 Risk management. Guidelines, Q1 Fundamentals, and Practical Project Management based on the PMI, PMBOK Guide 6th edition, from various institutions such as API - American Petroleum Institute and the Union of Project Managers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
