Ken Thompson

Vice President Operations at KB Home

Ken Thompson has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Ken is currently employed at KB Home as the Vice President of Operations. Previously, they held various roles at KB Home, including Regional Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent. Ken also worked as a Superintendent at Saint Aubyn Homes. Prior to that, Ken was a Project Manager at BluSky Restoration Contractors, where they managed and oversaw the completion of general and restoration contracting projects. Ken also worked as a Lead Technician at Carmel Partners, where they renovated multi-family communities. Ken's earlier experience includes working as a Renovation Foreman at Geist Construction, where they cultivated business relationships and implemented general contracting components.

Ken Thompson obtained a Certificate in Successful Subrogation I from Claims Training Services in 2010. In 2001, they completed a Certification in Web Development from Computer Learning Centers. Prior to that, Ken earned their G.E.D. in General Studies from Greeley Central High School in 2000.
