Shannon Mazzie

Shannon Mazzie has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on regional and employee relations roles. Shannon began their career in 1993 as a Human Resources Director at Mylan Bertek Pharmaceuticals. In 1994, they transitioned to Mylan Pharmaceuticals as an HR Director, a position they held until 2005. In 2005, Mazzie joined KB Home as a Regional Director of Employee Relations. Shannon then moved up to the role of Senior Regional Director of Human Resources in 2013, and later became the Regional Vice President of Human Resources in 2016.

Shannon Mazzie earned a BS in Marketing from West Virginia University from 1988 to 1992. Shannon also obtained an MS-ILR in Industrial and Labor Relations from West Virginia University from 1992 to 1993.
