Dan Mulford

Dan began his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 2015, as a summer intern for its Dallas-Fort Worth industrial tenant representation team. Through hard work and creating exceptional client outcomes, Dan quickly transitioned his internship into a full-time brokerage position upon graduation from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. During his four and a half years at CBRE, Dan represented over 16 million square feet of transactions - reflecting over $330 million in lease consideration. Throughout the industry, Dan is known for driving value for his clients through his persistence, creativity, warm demeanor, integrity, and inherent drive to go the extra mile.
