Gabe Temkin

Gabe is a fourth-generation industrial real estate professional. He began his brokerage career with Kidder Mathews, specializing in industrial sales and leasing throughout the greater Puget Sound region. In 2012, Gabe was awarded the company’s Rookie of the Year honor, recognizing his unmatched success for a first-year broker. In 2014, Gabe transferred to Burr & Temkin, where he shifted his focus to brokerage and consulting for the transportation sector. In this capacity, Gabe worked with numerous Fortune 500 transportation companies, as well as institutional owners and developers. He was involved in a multitude of complex transactions, including build-to-suits (distribution facilities as well as dedicated trailer yards), leased investment sales, lease restructuring, and strategic expansions. Gabe was frequently recognized and commended for being a strong advocate for his clients, and for helping them achieve double-digit year-over-year revenue growth as a result of creating more efficient real estate networks.
