Artem Kashirsky has extensive experience in project management and technology, currently serving as a Project Manager at Leadex Systems since April 2021. Previously, Artem held the role of Senior Project Manager at Qiwi Ltd from April 2017 to December 2020. Additional experience includes serving as CTO at Rapida Ltd from November 2009 to April 2017 and as Executive Director of the Payment Systems Department at StarBank from 2006 to 2008. Early career roles included Head of Plastic Card Department at Orgresbank and Project Manager at Национальный Резервный Банк. Artem's technical background includes a position as Software Engineer at Bull and Head of Processing Department at Bank "Saint-Petersburg" PJSC. Educational qualifications include an IT Manager and Business Analyst degree from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) and a degree in Microelectronics and Production Technology from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI".
